Business Advertising Agreement

This Advertising Agreement (“Agreement”) governs participation by businesses, tourism partners, and advertisers (“Partner,” “you”) on the Explore Guanajuato SA Platform.
1. Purpose
Explore Guanajuato SA provides marketing, promotional, and digital engagement services to support tourism and local businesses. By participating, you agree to the terms below.
2. Partner Responsibilities
Partners agree to:
- Provide accurate business information
- Maintain updated listings, images, and promotional content
- Ensure all submitted content complies with applicable laws in Mexico and the USA
- Honor any promotions, discounts, or offers published on the Platform
- Respond promptly to visitor inquiries (when applicable)
3. Content Rights
By submitting content, you grant Explore Guanajuato SA a non‑exclusive license to:
- Display your content on the Platform
- Use your content in marketing materials
- Promote your business through digital channels
You confirm you own or have rights to all submitted content.
4. Payments & Billing
Advertising packages, premium listings, and promotional placements may require payment. Partners agree to:
- Provide valid payment information
- Pay all applicable fees
- Acknowledge that fees are non‑refundable unless otherwise stated
5. Prohibited Content
Partners may not submit:
- False or misleading information
- Offensive, discriminatory, or inappropriate content
- Unauthorized copyrighted materials
- Illegal promotions or unlicensed services
Explore Guanajuato may remove content at its discretion.
6. Liability
Explore Guanajuato SA is not responsible for:
- Business performance
- Customer disputes
- Third‑party reviews
- Loss of revenue or opportunities
7. Termination
We may suspend or terminate listings for:
- Policy violations
- Non‑payment
- Fraudulent activity
- Harmful or unsafe business practices
8. Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by:
- Mexico, for Mexican partners
- USA, for U.S. partners
